I am the Executive Chef and Co-Owner of Sarap Asian Fusion. We are curators of colorful treats that impart Filipino and Asian Flavors into sweets such as cookies and brownies. We can be found at 626NightMarket, FeastTown, Stage + Table, and online.

Fueled by my love and passion for cooking, I have honed and refined my culinary skills to create food that is influenced by love for my family and culture. Taking my mothers recipes, I strive to create dishes that are deliciously detailed but also inspired by the flavors I have come across growing up in Southern California.With every meal I hope to connect my food with my guests to create unforgettable flavors and experiences.
