In celebration of July 4th, I wanted to express my Filipino and American Heritage. Combining the techniques of American BBQ with a cultural way of eating in the Philippines, Kamayan. Which literally means "to eat with your hands."
As a way to commemorate the birth of America and being an American born Filipino, come join me as I bring together the expression of my cultures through food. Kain Tayo! Lets EAT!
