SarapAF presents BrunchAF 7 courses A culinary adventure of various Filipino, Asian, and Hawaiian flavors through lens of Brunch. With BrunchAF we wanted to incorporate Asian Fusion dishes that showcase how we can interpret dishes you may see eaten during this time from different cultures. Keeping them familiar and reminiscent of tradition, but modern in technique and taste.

Wake UP Call Tots
Tater Tots topped with Corned Beef crispified to wake you up in the morning
Stuffed Hawaiian French Toast
Homemade Hawaiian rolls stuffed with Scotch pineapple blueberry jam and served with Ube whipped butter and Grade A maple syrup
Longanisa Benedict
Homemade Longanisa patties served on sourdough and topped with a poached egg and tarragon hollandaise
Tocino Pork Belly
Pork Belly cured in a classic tocino marinade and served with a herb radish salad

Spring vegetables mixed in topped with shaved scallions
Afritada na Hippon
Shrimp and Grits Afritada style, stewed tomato butter seasoned with gochujang, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sundried tomatoes.
