SarapAF Presents: SeafoodAF 7 courses For this menu, we're putting our focus on one of the Philippine's freshest food sources, seafood! Taking in the island inspiration from the local beach fronts you'd find off the coast of the Philippine Sea, you will experience traditional seafood fare presented in a new and modern way.

Filipino style ceviche marinated in calamansi, thai chilis, kaffir lime leaves, coconut milk, vinegar, and served with wonton chips.
