I am Fernando, and I will be your host and chef. As the owner of the Holy Mole food cart, which was awarded β€œThe best food cart” by the Willamette Weekly, I will be preparing a 6-course meal based on Puebla’s indigenous and Mediterranean culture.

It will be an evening of delicious and little-known dishes that display hints of Spanish, French, and Arab influence while being rooted in thousands of years of Mesoamerican culture and cuisine.
