In 2005 I launched my 1st biz, a full-service chef agency & farm-to-table catering company. 2011, I moved to Miami & became Executive Chef @ The Palms Hotel. 3 yrs later, I launched my hospitality consultancy: menu development, operational direction & environmental best practices. Since 2016, I oversee culinary & community programs & sustainability, + della bowls & all f&b outlets w/in the Yard brand.
