Learn plant-based "build-a-bowl" basics for delicious, healthy meals in minutes with a variety of grains, veggies, plant-based proteins, and globally-inspired sauces. The twist on this Caribbean bowl? We're showcasing unique Caribbean varieties harvested from a local school's edible garden by Ed Fund in addition to our regular ingredients. Whether you've joined us for the series, or are jumping on now, you'll LOVE what you learn & will end up with a tasty meal!
The Best-Selling "Caribbean Bowl" at della bowls
Following the format of traditional della bowls, this bowl will have a base, a plant-based protein, several veggies, a globally-inspired sauce, and a topping, or "boost." The Caribbean bowl includes coconut forbidden rice, zesty spiced tofu or tempeh, ripe plantains, marinated kale or greens, avocado, yellow (coconut-curry) sauce, and toasted coconut. Bonus! Spicy Slaw (at-home version). We'll learn a few sub-ingredients, too, in case some ingredients are not widely available.
