This class is the second in a four-part series that is more than just recipes and cooking. It's about shifting your mindset and your energy in and around your kitchen so that you can approach cooking at home with more ease, comfort, intuition, and joy. Everyone wants to learn more recipes, more cooking techniques, more meal planning tricks. But, before we can really become a successful cook, we need to set the stage for success in our kitchen. In this second class of the series, we are taking a few steps back. We are going to start at the beginning, rather than jumping into the middle. We're going to talk knives! We'll start out talking about selection to storage to maintenance, then get right into knife skills needed for the successful home cook. We are creating your joyful kitchen so that it's ready for you to cook like a boss, and prepping YOU for the new, fresh version of you as the home cook you've always wanted to be. We will be cooking a recipe or a few, TBD, and you will LOVE what we cook! But, the focus of the class will be in line with getting you and your kitchen on the right path for success with knife knowledge and skills 101.
