BIO

Chef Julie studied and worked in France for 7 years. She has worked in some of the most prestigious restaurants ranging from 1 to 3 Michelin stars. During her time in France she mastered French cuisine both savory and sweet along with Spanish tapas. She moved back in the states where she worked and helped maintain a Michelin star in a Beverly Hills restaurant. Soon after that she was the executive chef in a well written up wine bar. She now owns Tipsy Chef which opened in September 2020.
