My partner Simon & I are two professional raw food chefs with a passion for plant-based whole foods, trained at the Living Light Culinary Institute in California where we learned all about raw food cooking techniques, flavour balancing and the science of plant-based nutrition. After founding and working as the head chefs at the pop-up restaurant Essence Cuisine, we decided to change courses and pioneer Belgium’s first raw vegan product line called ALL GOOD. In 2015 I published my first raw vegan recipe book Julie Natuurlijk, translated as Vegan & Raw. Now we'd love to introduce you to our European vegan cuisine & celebrate the launch of our newest book Easy Vegan met Julie - Vegan & Raw 2!
