Nothing says summer quite like smoked meat on the BBQ and bourbon in a glass. Join us as we share our love for Southern cuisine with a West Coast flare and pair them with various bourbons from around the country (but mostly Kentucky). *Note: The whiskey pairings are my gift to you for attending. Beer and wine will be available for purchase.

Award Winning Tri-tip Chili
Small Plate
Our smoked tri-tip chili has won numerous awards at various competitions along the west coast. It's a less than traditional red chili which we serve with a cornmeal waffle. Paired with a 100% corn bourbon from Kentucky
BBQ Shrimp, New Orleans Style
Small Plate
Fresh shrimp cooked in the traditional creole fashion. Served with rustic bread so you can sop up all that delicious sauce. Paired with a Sazerac rye in true NOLA tradition.
BBQ Platter
Smoked sausage, ribs and chicken served family style with greens and potatoes. Paired with a wheated bourbon.
Bananas Foster Waffles
A bananas foster inspired waffle served with a whiskey caramel sauce.
