I host dinner parties and events in my garden at my bungalow in Venice. I am a Home Chef, Event Planner & love to meet new people in this beautiful area. I grew up in Northern New Jersey in Ridgewood then went to Lafayette College where I studied abroad in Florence, Italy. My host family in Florence cooked four course meals for me with the freshest Italian ingredients and I was lucky to eat at amazing restaurants all over Europe. I also worked at restaurants as a waitress & bartender in NJ & Manhattan for years and learned some incredible recipes along the way.
Growing up in NJ, my mother who was Irish, French & German cooked delicious meals for our family every night. I learned how to make Beef Bourguignon, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Quiche Lorraine, Irish stews and many more delicious family recipes. I worked as a Personal Chef for a family of four where I gained a lot of experience catering to different diets and hosted a lot of dinner parties as well.
In my twenties, I started a swimwear company where I gained a lot of experience hosting events, trunk shows, runway shows, networking events & cocktail parties. I love meeting new people, making people feel warm and welcomed at my parties and truly enjoy creating new relationships while sharing meals together. I look forward to meeting new people through this wonderful company & I am so excited to cook for new friends at my bungalow.
