BIO

I am a classically trained chef and former proprietress of a French inspired Pacific Northwest Bistro. I have traveled extensively and take a lot of inspiration from those travels, coupled with the seasonal offerings of the Pacific Northwest.

I focus on fresh, local, simply prepared food. My approach is rooted in classic techniques to prepare and present beautiful, delicious, elegantly rustic food that brings people together.

My ideal meals consist of both family style and individually plated dishes. I typically offer dinner events, however I have a long standing love affair with brunch as well. I love all things eggy and any excuse for bubbles in the morning.

My specialties include seafood preparations, naturally leavened breads and pastries, vegetable driven dishes, and playing bright and lively flavors with deep earthy ones.
