Kat Lieu, the "doyenne of Asian-style home baking" and a Good Morning American 2022 AAPI Changemaker will show you how as she makes gluten-free and chewy ube and pandan bubble waffles. With her amazing recipe, you can also make pancakes! This class is an introduction to Kat and Subtle Asian Baking. 100% proceeds from this class will go to the Robb School Memorial Fund and any monetary tips given during the experience will also be donated.
