It is a vegetarian alternative to chicken tikka and other meat dishes. Paneer can be substituted with chicken for the meat lovers. It’s the perfect holiday dish to make!
Kulcha is a popular soft leavened flatbread made with all-purpose or wholewheat flour, that can be made in the tandoor as well as on a Tava or griddle.
Cilantro yogurt chutney
Made with fresh cilantro, yogurt, and chilies, this chutney is traditionally scooped with every bite of the kulcha and fish.
