Join me and Bay Area winemaker Dave Gifford of Windchaser Wine Co. for a fun night of interactive cooking, great food, and delicious wine. **To partake in this experience, you'll need the two bottles of wine! If you're not local, please email [email protected] directly and he will set you up with flat-rate shipping.** We’ll start by opening one of the wines and pouring ourselves a glass to enjoy while we cook (Dave and I both firmly believe that it's just as important to drink wine while cooking as it is while eating.) Then I’ll guide you through how to make a couple simple and delicious appetizers. Once we’re done cooking, it’s time to eat and drink! We’ll sit down with the tasty food we just made and Dave will share more about the two wines that he chose to pair with the apps. To top it off, 20% of proceeds will be going to a great cause!
