My favorite kind of cuisine is a fresh and clean twist on comfort food. I like food that is texturally interesting, visually pleasing, and surprising to the palate. The sweet and the savory meet often in the dishes I create. In my free time, I like watching movies, taking really long, slow walks, and flipping through cookbooks. The perfect dinner party is a plentiful spread, casually enjoyed, with seriously good company. I can't wait to visit Portugal this fall and enjoy all of its fresh produce and amazing seafood.
