Join me on a five-course journey through the Caribbean flavors that ignited my passion as a young chef and continue, to this day, to propel me in my career. When I first graduated culinary school, I was blessed with an experience at a Caribbean restaurant where the food eloquently brought together flavors from Africa, Latin America, and Europe, and yet, was distinctly Caribbean. Inspired, I re-imagined and created signature dishes of my own that embodied those flavors and feelings. I'd like to share my journey and my dishes with you now so you can experience those flavors that gave me my start. Come and join me for a taste of the Caribbean!
