Come and experience the smells, taste and stories from chef Kenneth Anderson's latest trip to Egypt as he brings inspiration from the people, spice markets, restaurants and red sea to your plate.

First course

Potato pave over spiced tamarind glaze topped with shaved cured golden egg yolk
Second course
Small Plate
Turmeric and citrus marinated salt cod with Egyptian kosheri (spice rice, pasta and garbanzo beans) topped with minced dried cherries and pistachios and golden beet puree.
4th course
Roasted lamb shank glazed with a blend of Egyptian spices and honey that chef brought back from Egypt, served over a carrot and saffron consomme and housemade yogurt topped with fresh pickled cucumber, braised mustard seeds, dill and fried garlic.

5th course
Banana wrapped in crispy pastry, served with caramel ice cream, cardamom sauce, chocolate sponge cake and Turkish coffee.
