It's time to start making some fantastic Italian dishes with all the wonderful produce that is coming to the markets! We'll also feature some of the classics, like our arancini di riso filled with our housemade cashew mozzarella, as well as our grilled flatbread, but add some fresh corn, green beans, zucchini, and stonefruit to the menu. Arancini di Riso filled with Housemade Cashew Mozzarella
We fill the arancinis with our housemade mozzarella, fry it in bread crumbs, serve it over a rich tomato sauce, and top it with a generous grating of our almond parmesan.
Roasted Ratatouille Vegetables and Green Beans served over Sweetcorn Polenta
Small Plate
We'll roast all the vegetables in a classic ratatouille with the addition of fresh green beans, and serve it over a polenta made with fresh sweetcorn, dried corn grits, and corn stock.
Broccoli Raab, Garlic Alfredo, and Giardiniera Flatbreads
I love making grilled flatbreads, and then topping and baking them as one would pizza. This one will be topped with a garlicy cashew based alfredo sauce, grilled leafy broccoli raab, and housemade giardiniera.
Nectarine Cobbler with Brown Sugar Crumble and Whipped Cashew Cream
Enough said! We'll make a wonderful nectarine cobbler for us to enjoy.
