Hey there!
We'll be ready with the space this Saturday, and would love to show it to you with a nice 5 course fancy dinner! We have new equipment, a paint job, benches, a bar, a new deli cooler, hanging plants, etc. etc.
That said, we want to have an opening dinner, that's a generous 5 courses for $42!

Roasted Sunchoke Salad
Appetizer
Roasted sunchokes, smoked apples, and sorrel drizzled with rosemary oil, with whipped cultured cashew.
Parsnip-Apple Soup with Rosemary Oil, Cashew Brie
Small Plate
We make a rich, velvety parsnip apple soup infused with herbs, and top it off with rosemary oil, and our own cashew brie.
Lettuces with Pear, Almond Feta, and Herbs

Sharp and crisp lettuces lightly dressed with a lemon vinaigrette, and topped with a generous portion of our housemade almond feta and herbs.
Trumpet Mushroom Sausage Bourguignon
Entree
This is a classic French dish we're going to veganize just for you.
We'll use a red wine reduction sauce with mirepoix and garlic to braise trumpet mushrooms, and serve it with herb braised potatoes, carrots, button mushrooms, and pearl onions to make a very refined, veganized, classic French dish dotted with smoky eggplant bacon and fresh herbs.
Almond Cake with Strawberry Rhubarb Compote

I have an excellent recipe for a gluten free almond cake that I use quite frequently, and it is lovely when paired with a strawberry-rhubarb compote. Both the strawberries and rhubarb can often be found at Oriana's Farm.
