We'll be making a lot of fun preparations, and serving up many aphrodisiac ingredients. Almonds and cashews are apparently aphrodisiacs, and we'll make a vegan cheese plate from them. Potato leek soup is sexy, but it's French, so it was already going to be sexy anyways. The Beeting heart salad has beets and pine nuts to arouse you, the baked roulade has lentils, celery root, and truffles, and the dessert will be revealed very soon...

We'll make a yukon gold and buckwheat blini, topped with our cashew creme fraiche, and a bit of kelp caviar and dill
Potato Leek Soup with Truffle Cream
Small Plate
We'll make a classic, comforting potato and leek soup, and top it off with fresh herbs and truffle cream.

Beeting Heart Salad
Small Plate
Marinated beet hearts, butter lettuce, pine nuts tarragon, preserved lemon vinaigrette, and herbed almond chevre.
Potato, Root Vegetable, and Lentil Roulade
Entree
Black beluga lentils, creamy mashed potatoes, and a root vegetable mirepoix rolled in a wheat dough, and baked. Sliced, seared, and served to you with broccolini and a red wine and beet sauce.
Chocolate Tart with Coffee Meringue and Pomegranate
Dessert
Our pastry chef Tif Lowder is making this fantastic dessert. If you know her baking, not much else needs to be said. Expect some greatness!
