We're back to fall in Chicago, both technically, and with the change in temperature! It feels appropriate to honor it with some delicious dishes reminiscent of the seasons.

Menu detail

Saganaki: Flaming Vegan Mozzarella
Appetizer
We make our own house-made vegan mozzarella, and will be setting it on fire, dousing it with a little lemon, and then adding some olive oil and herbs. Served with freshly made pita.
Black Garlic-Glazed Squash Salad
Small Plate
We ferment our own black garlic, and will use that to glaze kuri squash. We'll serve it with grilled endives, chrysanthemum, pomegranate, maitake mushrooms, and sesame snow.
Chickpea-Sesame Crusted Oyster Mushrooms
Appetizer
Their signature oyster mushroom calamari, served with a preserved peach and chile sambal, and a carrot, burdock, and sea palm kimpira salad.
Agnolotti with Tomato Brodo, Eggplant Bacon, Almond Parmesan
Entree
A delicious stuffed pasta filled with ground mushroom, fennel, and spinach, served in a tomato brodo, then topped with eggplant bacon, and freshly shaved almond parmesan.
Dark Matter Coffee Chocolate Allspice Cake with Whipped Orange Cream
