We are firm believers that people can eat brunch any time of day. Who hasn't gone to a diner after a concert or dancing to eat 'breakfast' at the wee hours of the morning? We'll offer some fresh squeezed OJ with champagne for mimosas, dark matter coffee drinks, buckwheat blini with cashew creme fraiche and kelp caviar, deviled potatoes, a fancy avocado toast with carrot lox, our famous benedict, and we'll even savagely imitate San Francisco's Humphry Slocombe 'secret breakfast' ice cream of cornflakes and bourbon, and serve it with homemade dessert waffles.

We'll offer Dark Matter Coffee for you, be it an espresso drink, or bottomless cup of drip. We also have decaf!

We make fantastic little buckwheat pancakes, culture our own cashew sour cream, and serve them with spherified kelp 'caviar,' and dill!

We make deviled potatoes in the same fashion that you can make deviled eggs. They are delicious!
Fancy Avocado Toast with Carrot Lox

We make a wonderful seeded bread which we'll use to make a killer avocado toast with our very own house cured carrot lox! Served with fancy salt and olive oil.
The Benedict

We make a really killer benedict, using 'Just Egg,' english muffins, seitan bacon, tomato confit, our very own hollandaise, our spherified 'carrot yolk,' and serve it with smoked potatoes and a nice side salad.
Almond Waffles with 'Secret Breakfast' style Ice Cream

In San Francisco, Humphry Slocombe is an award winning ice cream company, that introduced the iconic 'secret breakfast' flavor, which is made with cornflakes and bourbon. Does that sound crazy? Bourbon is make from corn, as are cornflakes, which add an incredible texture to this fantastic ice cream. We'll veganize it for you, and serve it with our own almond waffles, and a little maple syrup that was harvested by my parents neighbors in Wisconsin.
