Many people cannot make it on Valentines Day, so we'll start from scratch and do it again! We're cooking a fabulous 5-course Valentines Dinner using aphrodisiac ingredients to get you in the mood! There will be Blini with Cherry and Violet Compote topped with Burrata, our 'Beeting Heart Salad, a Velvet Cauliflower Soup with Saffron and Parsnip Pakoras, a White Bean, Fennel, and Artichoke Purse with Sauvignon Blanc-Squash Puree and Chestnuts, then finished with a Pomegranate Chocolate Tart! We look forward to feeding you!

Buckwheat Pancakes: Cherry-Violet Compote & Burrata
Appetizer
We'll make some fantastic 'taco sized' buckwheat pancakes topped with a dried cherry and violet compote, our signature cashew burrata, and Basil
Beeting Heart Salad

Marinated beet hearts, butter lettuce, pine nuts, avocado tarragon, preserved lemon vinaigrette, and pistachio and pepita crackers.
Velvet Cauliflower-Saffron Soup with Parsnip Pakoras
Small Plate
We're pairing cauliflower with saffron to make a veltety-smooth soup, and topping it with parsnip-apple pakoras (think fritters), herbs, and saffron oil.
White Bean-Fennel-Artichoke Filled Purse OR Stuffed Squash
Entree
We're filling phyllo purses with a rich Italian white bean, fennel, and artichoke mixture, serving them with broccolini and chestnuts, and a Sauvignon Blanc-kabocha squash sauce! If you choose the 'Gluten Free' option, rather than have the filling in phyllo, we'll serve it in the squash itself!
Mindful Baking Pomegranate Chocolate Tart with Champagne Whip Cream
Dessert
Our friends at Mindful Baking make a fantastic Raspberry-Chocolate Tart, but seeing that pomegranates are an aphrodisiac, they're changing it up to make a Pomegranate-Chocolate Tart for this special night! We'll top it with a sweet Champagne whipped cream for the occasion.
