This is the last weekend we get to have all of Briar for outdoor dining, and the weather is expected to be beautiful. We're going to celebrate it with a bright and comforting fall dinner, utilizing the last of the fresh summer bounty with warming fall spices and produce. We'll serve warm Tomato-Herb Burrata with Focaccia Breadsticks, a velvety Parsnip-Apple Soup with Rosemary Oil, a Pomegranate Spice glazed Pumpkin Salad with Poached Pears, Chicories, Spiced Nuts, and Meyer Lemon Yogurt, a White Bean, Root Vegetable, and Roasted Pepper Phyllo Pie with Blue Cheese Fondue, and a Warm Allspice Chocolate Cake with Chai Ice Cream. We look forward to feeding you!

We love making cashew burrata, and love serving it warm like a spread. This version will be seasoned with rich tomato and Italian herbs, and served with our housemade sourdough focaccia.
