The weather this weekend is unexpectedly warmer, we have some powerful heat lamps (and warming food!), and think it would be nice to have one last dinner on our patio to close out the season. All of these dishes are warming dishes, like our Cashew Mozzarella filled Arancini with Romesco Sauce, a molten hot French Onion Soup, Seared Broccolini with Walnuts and Kimchi, a Shephards Pie using Lions Mane Mushrooms from our friend Joe at Four-Star Mushroom, and served with a Black Garlic Gravy, then finally a Pear + Fig Puff Pastry Tart for dessert! We're excited to host a final dinner, and look forward to seeing you!

Arancini di Riso with Romesco Sauce
Appetizer
Risotto balls filled with our cashew mozzarella, breaded in panko, and fried to gooey perfection! Served with a warm, rich toasted hazelnut romesco sauce
French Onion Soup
Small Plate
Onions slowly caramelized for 5 hours, deglazed with Champagne, and then cooked with an umami rich broth made from kombu and shiitakes. Topped with a crust of bread and melted cashew cheese. We've fed this to omnivores, who swore up and down, it tastes just the same as a French onion soup you'd find in a French brasserie.
Seared Broccolini with Kimchi and Walnuts

Tender seared broccolini tossed with a little of our chopped kimchi and deeply toasted walnuts
Four Star Mushroom Lions Mane Shephards Pie with Black Garlic Gravy
Entree
Our friend Joe at Four Star Mushroom grows wonderful Lions Mane Mushrooms which we'll use to make a hearty shephards pie for you! Served with our addictive Black Garlic Gravy and fresh herbs
Pear + Fig Puff Pastry Tartlet
