We've done a vegan molecular dinner before, but this is by far the most fun and delicious yet. There was a special request for blini with kelp caviar, our melting snow mushroom soup, cashew burrata with wok seared broccolini, roasted tomato cake with parsnips and lions mane mushrooms, and finally a raspberry chiffon cake that looks like a sushi bowl. I think it may be one of the most delicious and fun desserts I have ever had. Seriously.
