We've done a vegan molecular dinner before, but this is by far the most fun and delicious yet. There was a special request for blini with kelp caviar, our melting snow mushroom soup, a warm sunchoke and smoked apple salad, Housemade Tempeh Chorizo Tamales with Burrata. and finally a raspberry chiffon cake that looks like a sushi bowl. I think it may be one of the most delicious and fun desserts I have ever had. Seriously.

We make our own tempeh in house, will season it with a housemade asada paste, and serve them with liquid filled cashew burrata and mole
