One of our cooks had an idea of exploring the crossroads between Chinese and German cuisine, and it turns out, there is a lot! This is one of my favorite dinner themes, and we're excited to share it with you.

Pierogi style Wontons
Handmade with potato, onion, and shiitake mushroom filling, served with lingonberry sweet & sour dipping sauce.
Lions Mane Mushroom 'Chicken,' Lemongrass, and Chinese Chive Congee
Small Plate
Congee is classic comfort food, and using a lemongrass broth and lions mane mushrooms makes this dish transcendent.
Peking 'Duck' Yuba Buns
Soy and 5-spice glazed crisp yuba rolls, sauerkraut, and sweet peppers served with buns with spicy Chinese Mustard (3 per person).
German Chocolate Cheesecake
Chocolate cashew cheesecake with a date-almond-coconut crust and candied orange.
