This dinner involves a lot of (mostly) French dishes to make a fantastic meal! We'll serve a cultured cheese plate with Truffle Brie, 45-day Roquefort, and Lemon-Herb Chevre with sourdough bread, a French onion soup, a Frisee and Lardon Salad, a Lions Mane and Oyster Mushroom 'Bourguignon' featuring local Four Star Mushrooms, a Chocolate Raspberry Tart with Espresso Meringue AND a croissant for you to take home with you! (or not). Not quite French, but French Nouveau! Come join us...

Onions slowly caramelized for 5 hours, deglazed with Champagne, and then cooked with an umami rich broth made from kombu and shiitakes.
Topped with a crust of bread and melted cashew cheese.
Frisee & Lardon Salad

Frisee and Endive dressed in a warm pearl onion and seitan bacon Dijon vinaigrette, and served with griddles brioche and carrot-tomato yolk
Trumpet Mushroom Sausage Bourguignon

This is a classic French dish we're going to veganize just for you.
We'll use a red wine reduction sauce with mirepoix and garlic to braise Lions Mane and Oysters grown for us by Chicagos very own Four Star Mushrooms, and serve it with herb braised potatoes, carrots, button mushrooms, and pearl onions to make a very refined, veganized, classic French dish dotted with smoky eggplant bacon and fresh herbs.
