Our Signature Cashew burrata, Truffle Brie, and 45-day aged Roquefort Blue. With grilled bread, fruit, and plenty of olive oil.
Lemon-White Bean and Parmesan Zuppa

We'll make this Italian soup in a lighter, brighter style, with creamy white beans, a lemon parmesan broth, and al dente vegetable confetti
Beet, Citrus, Herb Chevre Salad

Roasted Beets, Charred Citrus, and creamy herb-chevre balls with red wine vinaigrette and hazelnuts
Agnolotti Pasta: Mushroom filled with Tomatoes and Parmesan
Agnolotti is a stuffed pasta which we'll serve with Blistered Tomatoes, Dandelion, and copious amounts of our housemade Almond Parmesan
The Classic, served with our house-made mascarpone.
