We're very excited to make many different vegan cheeses, and we're going to celebrate this fact with some fantastic produce! Come try our burrata with focaccia, a delectable roasted beet salad with blue cheese dressing, our famous arancini di riso, some delightful manicotti filled with spinach, almond cheese, and served with sprouted lentils and blistered cherry tomatoes, as well as a blackberry cheesecake. We look forward to feeding you!

Baked Cashew Burrata with Housemade Focaccia
We make a fantastic burrata, and are really excited to bake them in a ramekin so you can scoop hot, gooey cheese onto bread. We've also really taken to making these to die for focaccia breadsticks lately. They need to be joined together, and we're happy to oblige!
Roasted Beet & Root Vegetable Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing

We had something similar last week, but this nice fall weather is demanding we make a hearty roasted beet and root vegetable salad, add in some peppery crisp greens, deeply toasted hazelnuts, and use our 45 day cultured blue cheese to make a warm dressing with chives
Arancini di Riso
We fill the arancinis with our housemade mozzarella, fry it in bread crumbs, serve it over a rich tomato sauce, and top it with fresh basil.
Manicotti with Spinach, Almond Cheese, and Cherry Tomatoes
I remember baked manicotti from my childhood, and I'm happy to make a grown up (and vegan) version! We'll fill them with a rich spinach, onion, and housemade almond cheese mixture, and serve them with sprouted lentils, blistered cherry tomatoes, and our freshly grated almond parmesan!
Blackberry Lemon Cashew Cheesecake
We make an excellent cashew based cheesecake, and this time we'll be making it with fresh blackberries and lemon!
