It's that time of year!
So often vegans share a table with their family members, who are often cutting up a giant hunk of meat for the main course, while we are relegated to eating side dishes. Not the case for this meal!
We'll be joined by guest chef Kelly Peloza, who is a very gifted vegan baker to help us round out the holiday feast.
Join us for a very indulgent holiday feast, and bring your family!

Alpine-Style Fondue
Appetizer
We'll use our cultured-cashew cheese to make a rich, decadent fondue to comfort you when you come in from the cold.
Served with roasted cauliflower, broccoli, rye bread, and charred scallions.
Seared Brussels Sprouts with Chestnuts
Small Plate
Seared Brussels sprouts served with roasted chestnuts, apples, and caramelized onions. Hearty and delicious!
Smoked Potato Schnitzel with Spaetzle, Creamed Spinach, and Kraut
Entree
We'll use our homemade almond parmesan and breadcrumbs to coat a roasted and smoked potato, and sear it until golden brown. Served with creamed spinach, home-made spaetzle, and our own beet-cabbage sauerkraut.
Kelly Peloza's Holiday Stollen
Dessert
Stollen is such a classic German holiday pastry, and Kelly made sure to do it justice. Dried cherries, crystallized ginger, golden raisins, and almonds are soaked for a long time in Grand Marnier and rum, the dough is seasoned with orange zest and spices, and there's a ginger and powdered sugar frosting to top it off.
