We'll start you out with a tender beet and almond ricotta salad loaded with orange. Then, the star of the show is the benedict with our signature hollandaise, seitan bacon, tofu scramble, and spherified egg yolk. We serve this atop a toasted english muffin, with a side of smoked potatoes, tomato confit, and arugula salad. Lastly, our almond-butternut squash cake with preserved cherries, sliced apples, and whipped cashew will end the meal with a light sweet note. See you in the morning!
