This Mediterranean-inspired experience focuses on why spring is fantastic.
Plump artichokes are entering their peak, and we pare them down so all that is on your plate is a tender, seasoned whole artichoke, minus the tough outer parts.
All this coincides with the end of a great citrus season, which we feature in a traditional Tunisian orange cake, glazed with candied kumquats and accented with a whipped cashew cream.

Garbanzo and Cardoon Soup
Small Plate
Fresh chickpea and cardoon soup, with purslane, almond feta, sumac oil, pomegranate, and barberries.
Whole Moroccan Seasoned Artichoke
Entree
Whole artichoke trimmed of its tough parts, and braised in a rich seasoned broth until tender. Served with smoked lentils, bulgur, fava greens, parsley, preserved lemon and saffron aioli.
Tunisian Orange Cake
Dessert
A rich Tunisian orange cake, with almond crust, candied kumquat with their syrup, whipped cashew cream, and studded with a pistachio-stuffed date.
