Kristian (Chef K) began his career at age 15. Starting in California, he worked in Michelin rated restaurants from coast to coast. Chef K is a Culinary Consultant with emphasis on R&D. His formal training and background in Japanese and Western cuisines gives him a rich perspective to be able to help his clients find the right tone to execute the experience they wish to offer their clients. Kristian also plans pop-up and collaboration experiences that display the best of each season & locale.
