BIO

I have lived and traveled all around the U.S. and have had an opportunity to learn a variety of styles of cooking. I have worked in multiple restaurants as a cook, as a personal chef, caterer and co-owned a food cart specializing in southern cuisine. My newest venture is Off The Hook PDX, myself and my business partner specialize in dishes that include fresh seafood and various smoked/grilled meats.
