I'm an avid foodie and world traveler. Having been to over 30 countries, my travels inspire the creations that I make at home. My parents owned a Chinese restaurant, so cooking and eating runs in my blood. My personal specialties are Asian dishes, primarily Chinese (Cantonese and Taiwanese in specific), Japanese, Thai, Korean, and Vietnamese. I also can cook other cuisines ranging from Mexican, Italian, French, Turkish, and more. My travels have fueled my desire to recreate street foods from around the world and even experiment with various fusions. I enjoy cooking at home as a hobbyist and sharing along with my friends.
