Please join us as my very good friend Chef JJ Burton and I collaborate on some old school classics and turning it on its head! Not only are we sourcing out our ingredients locally and sustainably, we are also making pretty much everything from scratch; from the head cheese to the yeast rolls, the ube brioche waffles and not to mention dessert! This will be an epic culinary mash-up dinner - one you definitely won't want to miss!
