Amuse set of three: Firefly squid with mango miso dressing. Shichimi encrusted seared tuna over seaweed. House pickles.
Kale Shira Ae

Kale salad with silken tofu dressing and citrus segments
House Miso Soup
Appetizer
Light miso soup featuring our house-made dashi-stock with flavors from kelp, shiitake mushroom and fish bones. Creates a taste that is almost tea like.
Seasonal Nigiri Selection 1
Entree
First round of 3 pieces of the day's freshest catch served over rice. Round one focuses on lighter fish with unique seasonings.

Tea infused dashi-stock poured over kelp cured fluke and rice.

A second set of 3 piece nigiri. Round 2 will focus on richer, fattier flavors.
