Teso Blanco

This very special wine incorporates the rare and mysterious native Rufete Blanca grape and will surely delight the curious drinker. Temperature controlled fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aged under a thin layer of flor for 5 months in 3-year-old French oak barrels before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
La Zorra

This traditional Salamanca blend of Rufete and Aragones (Tempranillo) is La Zorra's house wine. Temperature controlled fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 9 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Teso Rufete

This unique wine is the pure expression of Sierra de la Salamanca's native Rufete grape. Temperature controlled fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks. Aged less than 4 months in French oak before being bottled unfined and unfiltered.
La Moza Calabrés

Spontaneous fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged 12 months in 3-year-old American oak.
