Baja style crispy fish tacos & fresh corn tortillas !

I’m always craving tacos, especially now that it’s getting warmer. Having just returned from Mexico (again-it’s my favorite) I’m thrilled to make tacos & tortillas with you so hopefully you can join me! We will be making a crispy, Ensenada-style beer-battered fish taco with crema, fresh pineapple salsa, and of course, fresh corn tortillas. Make yourself a margarita or grab a Pacifico and let’s go!
