This meal is inspired by our recent trip home to Thailand. The progression of the meal resembles our experience when we got lost in neighborhoods and allowed food stalls to tempt us. We will start with a little sweet & savory snack --as you would find as early as six in the morning in markets. Then we progress into a beloved Thai green curry "kaeng kiew wan"--a favorite in my family.
