This is a 4-course meal where I'll be serving some of my childhood favorites inspired by my grammies. It's Vietnamese comfort food that'll tease your taste buds with umami & fresh aromatic herbs and provide warmth to your belly. At the end of the course, there'll be a little treat with big flavor: ca phe, which is coffee in Vietnamese, whipped with creamy, sweet milk & essence of coconut. Sorry guys, there's no Pho. I want to share with you the options that go beyond "Pho Dac Biet #1 Large".
