In this series, we will showcase Eastern Mediterranean home cooking with mezes and main dishes that grandma would make.
We want to offer a home-cooked meal, no frills, just good flavor for a fun, comforting yet adventurous weeknight.

Chicken kebobs with seasonal vegetable fattoush
Entree
We make our chicken kebaps with chicken thighs, juicy, tender and flavorful. The marinade consists of ingredients inspired by the spice route; yogurt, turmeric, Turkish pepper paste, garlic and ginger.
Fattoush is Eastern Mediterranean pita salad predominantly with parsley, pita, scallions, and tomatoes.
