Laurie has baking in her genes. Laurie grew up with four brothers who loved to eat and a grandmother who baked everything from challah to strudel to rugalach. Naturally fermented breads are her specialty and the best bagels are always naturally fermented. Baking is also Laurie’s favorite form of therapy. It fills her home with warmth and the wonderful aroma of freshly baked bread. She wants to share the experience with as many people as possible
