Come and take a walk through Chef Lee's travels and adventures, listening and learning from her experiences and dishes she has experimented with while eating in different countries and working with diverse communities. She shows us how food and cooking can strongly contribute to environmental and social changes on planet earth. She will leave you questioning the way we nourish and heal ourselves with food and mindfulness cooking as a meditation practice. Dishes influenced from Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe while currently exploring North America.
