Homemade Pita with Zaatar & Humus

Local butcher in Oakland, Ver Brugees, turkey meat flavoured with Israeli and South African spices mixed with fresh thyme, oregano, dill and mint. Served with zaatar tahini sauce.
Fresh Pomegranate Kale Salad

Massaged Local Fresh Kale with California Ranch olive oil with sautéed Pepitas, served honey mint vinaigrette.
Sumac Cauliflower

Mix Root Vegetables Quinoa with Black Beans

Seasonal, farmers market root vegetables: carrots, onions sweet potato and peppers served with grain quinoa and slow cooked black beans and cilantro. This dish is usually served with every meal at an Israeli table.
Lemon Pepper Chicken Skewers

Organic chicken cut into bite sizes and grilled in butter and olive oil, seasoned with South African special lemon pepper spices. Served on a skewer with roasted garlic.
Dark Chocolate Coated Coconut Truffles
Dessert
Coconut flakes blended with butter and sugar forming a truffle coated in dark chocolate and seasoned with coconut flakes, paprika, curry, sea salt and pistachios.
Rosemary Lemon Chocolate Coconut Macaroons

Finishing off the meal with something small and sweet. Baked coconut macaroons, paleo and sugar free.
