This meal is focused on alternative, intuitive & healing ingredients with an emphasis on local, seasonal and wholesomeness. These dishes are inspired by my natural, native upbringing cities: Johannesburg, Tel-Aviv, London, Oakland. I as the chef aspire to share my knowledge and skills with you the dinners, we all come together around the table and share this meal.

Summer Stoned Fruit Herb Salad

Mixed greens and herbs flavoured with local olive oil, balsamic vinegar and sliced seasonal stoned fruit. Topped of with mix nuts. All representing South African and Israeli ingredients with an emphasis on local and seasonal.
Homemade Pita with Zaatar & Humus

Home prepped and baked Pita seasoned with Middle Eastern Spice Zaatar
Baked Quinoa with Baby Squash

Wholesome quinoa cooked and then baked, sauteed baby squash which in South Africa we call baby marrows, seasonal blueberries and warm pistachio nuts.
Dark Chocolate Mousse & Tahini Cookies

Vegan dark chocolate mousse made with coconut milk and cacao, served with tahini cookies
Mushroom Squash Kale Stew

Marinated portobello mushrooms in garlic sage glaze served on a bed of kale with seasonal delicate squash.
